To confirm booking we require a 1 nights deposit, and the balance paid 14 days prior to arrival (& by 1st December if staying over the Christmas/New Year Period)
We do not accommodate groups of unaccompanied minors or school- leavers.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests occupying the property for the duration of the appointed dates must not exceed the number specified at time of booking. Should there be any changes to the number of guests we MUST be informed.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Unless arranged in advance, CHECK IN TIME is 2pm and CHECK OUT TIME is 10am. Requests for varying times will be accommodated where possible.
LINEN & TOWELS
All linen, blankets and towels are supplied.
Where the client chooses to cut short their stay a refund is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
Southerly’s is a very beautiful property and presented meticulously for your enjoyment. We ask that you respect our much loved house and leave it in good condition. Our caretaker allows herself 2hrs to service the property on your departure,any excess cleaning will be done at $50 per hr and the guest will be charged. The kitchen must be left as found. Dishwasher unpacked and all dishes & utensils clean and put away.
Guests are expected to look after and take good care of the property entrusted to them, this including all furnishings and equipment and to observe the “NO SMOKING INSIDE” requirement for the duration of the holiday. Any faults, damages or breakages MUST BE REPORTED to us. Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages caused to the property during the guests holiday occupation and ALL costs of repair and replacement will be deducted from your credit card. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left clean and tidy.
